Account Deletion Information (Draft)
Information on user data rights and account deletion procedures for the upcoming NativSpeaka mobile app.
Pre-Release Status Disclaimer:
The NativSpeaka mobile application is currently in development targeting launch on October 31, 2026. The procedures described below reflect the planned account deletion workflow designed for user control. They are currently in draft status and will be audited and verified prior to mobile store publishing.
1. Scope of Account Deletion
Please note that the NativSpeaka marketing website (https://nativspeaka.com) does not maintain user accounts, require logins, or store customer account profiles.
This policy applies to accounts created in connection with the NativSpeaka mobile application (including beta testing programs and the future public release).
2. How to Request Account Deletion
Method A: In-App Self-Service (Upon Release)
When the mobile application launches, you will be able to initiate deletion directly from within the app:
- Open the NativSpeaka app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Settings > Account Management.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Method B: Email Request (Available Now & Post-Launch)
If you are participating in beta testing or cannot access the mobile application, you can submit a manual deletion request:
- Send an email to privacy@nativspeaka.com.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Provide the email address associated with your NativSpeaka account.
3. What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
